Book and pay online
On this site you only have the option to pay by credit card. If you do not have a credit card but would like to book, please send us an e-mail message with a request to pay otherwise via the contact form at the bottom of this page or the page of the accommodation you want to book.
If you have received a discount code, enter it when booking at the place where it is requested and the discount will be deducted immediately.
When booking you pay 50% directly via your credit card.
You also automatically authorize the second installment of 50% via your credit card, 7 days before your check-in date.
If you book on this site, if you cancel up to 7 days before your check-in date, you will receive 50% back of the total booking amount, which equals the second installment.
If you book on this site you will not get a refund if you cancel 7 days before your checkin date or later.
If you want to cancel, just send us a cancellation message using the e-mail form at the bottom of this page. The date and time stamp of this message determines wether or not you are in time of the 7 days policy as described above.
If you book on this site but you are not allowed to stay in the accommodation you have booked with us due to government measures or you cannot travel there because of those measures, for example due to COVID 19 measures, you will receive 75% of the total booking amount back if your a cancellation reaches us earlier than 7 days before your checkin-date. However, if you do that later, you will get 25% back.
If you want to cancel, just send us a cancellation message including including the substantiation of your special circumstances, using the e-mail form at the bottom of this page.The date and time stamp of this message determines wether or not you are in time of the 7 days policy as described above.
This is not a party location, it is a stylish authentic building from 1900 that has been furnished with care and an eye for detail. An authentic building creates a lot of atmosphere, but can also be noisy when guests cause noise pollution. Therefore, all guests are expected to be quiet after 10:00 PM and silent after 12 Midnight. This is all the more important when you sit together on the outside terrace or inside with the windows open.
Parties, smoking and pets are prohibited. Fines or extra costs may be charged for violating these or other house rules.
Instructions and manual
A few days before checkin you will receive check-in instructions and before check-out you will receive check-out instructions. These check-out instructions you will also find in the folder in your accommodation, together with a practical guest manual. Guests are expected to follow this instructions and manual. Damages, costs or other problems that could have been prevented by reading these instructions and manual, will be at the guest’s cost.
Damages to inventory
If you have damaged or lost inventory of the accommodation, please notify us as soon as possible, but in any case when checking out, by emailing it to email@example.com. The costs that are charged in such cases can be found on the inventory list in the information folder that is ready for you in your accommodation.
Of course we hope that this will not be necessary, but something like this can always happen. If you find that inventory parts were already damaged or missing at checkin, you can report this to us in the same way, so that we can take this into account.
